For guests and tenants

Furnished, serviced, and ready when you arrive.

Somewhere to actually live for a few nights or a few months. Everything works, everything is included, and there is a real person to call if it is not.

What is in it

Everything is already there.

You arrive with a suitcase. There is no meter to set up, no internet to arrange and no furniture to buy.

Furnished properly

Beds you can sleep in for three months rather than three nights. Storage, a workable desk, and a kitchen with the things you would actually cook with.

Utilities and internet included

Heat, hydro, water and a connection that will hold a video call. Nothing to set up in your name and nothing to cancel when you leave.

Cleaned to a standard

Fresh linen and towels, restocked consumables, and a condition check before you arrive. On longer stays there is a clean part-way through as well.

Somebody answers

If the heating stops or the door code will not work, you are messaging a person rather than a form. That is the part guests actually remember.

Length of stay

A few nights, or the better part of a year.

Most of our guests are not on holiday. They are here for a reason and they need somewhere that works while they are.

01

A few nights

A visit, an event, a weekend in the city. A whole apartment rather than a hotel room, usually with a kitchen and always with more space than the equivalent room would give you.

02

A month or more

Relocations, contract work, a course of treatment, or a renovation at home. Furnished, all inclusive, and no lease to sign. This is most of what we run over the winter.

03

Longer than that

Some units take a full tenancy. If you need somewhere for the better part of a year and want it furnished, it is worth asking rather than assuming the answer.

Where they are

Six areas, and each one suits a different stay.

Downtown core

Walking distance to the financial district and the subway. The obvious choice if you are here for work and want to leave the car behind.

Waterfront

Quieter in the evening, and you get the lake. Still close enough to walk into the centre when you want to.

Yorkville

The shops, the galleries and the restaurants, with the university and the hospital cluster within reach on foot.

King West

Where people go in the evening. Good if you want somewhere with a pulse outside the front door rather than a quiet street.

Entertainment District

Theatres, the arena and the convention centre. Convenient for a short stay built around something specific.

Niagara region

Out of the city entirely. Space, and somewhere to put a car, for a stay that is not about being in Toronto.

Being straight with you

What we ask in return.

These are real homes in real buildings with real neighbours, and that is what keeps them available.

01

No parties, and we mean it

Every unit is in a residential building with people living either side. A party gets a booking cancelled and it is not negotiable.

02

The building's rules apply to you

Quiet hours, the lift booking, where to put the rubbish. We will tell you what they are before you arrive, and they are usually unremarkable.

03

Tell us early if something is wrong

A problem reported on day one gets fixed. The same problem reported in the review after you leave helps nobody, least of all you.

Questions

What guests ask before booking.

On our booking site, which is where availability and rates live. This page does not take bookings and there is nothing to fill in here. View available listings.

It varies by unit and by season, and the booking site shows the current minimum for each one. Some units take a couple of nights, others are set up for stays of a month or more, particularly over the winter.

Furnishing, utilities, internet, linen and towels, and the consumables you would otherwise be buying in the first hour. Cleaning fees and any deposit are shown on the listing before you book rather than added at the end.

On some units, and it is stated on the listing. Downtown Toronto units frequently have none, which is worth checking before you book rather than after you arrive with a car.

Often, and it happens constantly with renovation and contract stays. Ask as early as you can. If your unit is booked after you we will usually try to move you to another one rather than leave you looking.

Us, through the channel you booked on, or the number in your arrival details. Not the owner, and not a call centre in another time zone.
