Guest Point manages furnished rentals for property owners across Toronto and the Niagara region. Short-term, mid-term and long-term, run end to end by one team.
We work out what a property is allowed to do before we quote for running it, we put that answer in writing, and the person who sends it is the person you go on dealing with.
01 · How we work
Five rules we do not bend.
01
Eligibility before revenue
We work out what a unit is legally allowed to run before we talk about what it might earn. It is the fastest way to lose a sale, and the only honest way to start one.
02
One team, start to finish
The person who reviews your property is the person who sends your monthly statement. Nothing is handed to an account manager you have never met.
03
All of it, or none of it
We do not sell listing-only or cleaning-only. The parts depend on each other, and the gaps between them always become the owner’s problem.
04
The listing belongs to you
It sits in your account wherever the channel allows it, and the review history stays with the property if you leave. A manager who keeps the listing keeps the leverage.
05
We say the difficult thing
If a property is a poor fit, or the building’s own rules make it unworkable, you hear that at the review rather than after you have got started.
02 · How we are set up
Small on purpose, and it shows in the service.
Most of what an owner dislikes about property management is a structural problem rather than a staffing one. These are the three we designed out.
01
One point of contact
The same person handles your property every time, so nothing has to be explained twice and no context is lost in a handover. There is no ticket queue and no account manager rota.
02
A deliberate limit on growth
We take on what we can run properly rather than everything we are offered. That is a commercial decision with a cost to us, and it is the reason the first answer you get is sometimes no.
03
Nothing subcontracted out of sight
Cleaning and trades are our own vetted network, booked and supervised by us. You are not being passed to a third party who has never seen the building.
Units already letting that need taking over rather than starting again
We will say no to
And say it early
A unit whose building rules forbid the model you want to run
Hotels and aparthotels. It is a different business
Anything too far out for us to attend properly when something breaks
A property where the numbers only work if we cut a corner
We work across Toronto, the wider GTA and the Niagara region. If a property sits outside where we can service it properly, we will say so rather than take it on badly and run it from a distance.
Every property gets the same three things: a written scope, one point of contact, and a statement every month.
A written scope
What we handle and what stays with you, agreed before you get started.
One point of contact
No ticket queue, no account handover, no explaining it twice.
A statement every month
Nights sold, revenue, spend and the net paid to you, in writing.
Your property is listed and kept in sync across every channel that matters. One calendar, one set of rates, no double bookings.
Listed and synced on

Send the address. We come back with the models it qualifies for and what management would cover.
