For trades and contractors

Steady work, and paid on time.

We work with cleaners, trades and renovation contractors across Toronto and Niagara, and we are always looking for more. Furnished rentals generate repeat work in the same buildings rather than one-off jobs scattered across the city.

Who we work with

The trades we call most often.

Turnover cleaning

The bulk of what we book. Scheduled between guest stays, often at short notice, and always to the same checklist.

Deep cleaning

Seasonal resets, post-renovation cleans, and the units that need bringing back to standard before they list.

General maintenance

Plumbing, electrical, appliances, locks and door codes. The unglamorous list that keeps a unit lettable.

Renovation and finishing

Painting, flooring, kitchens and bathrooms, usually between tenancies and usually to a date that cannot move.

If your trade is not on that list and you work in residential condominiums, send your details anyway. Window cleaning, appliance repair, locksmithing, furniture assembly and window coverings all come up.

What we look for

Four things, and one of them matters more.

Nothing here needs sending now. This is what we will ask about if the conversation goes anywhere.

01

Response time

The one that matters. A guest locked out at nine in the evening is a problem with a two-hour shelf life. Being reachable and being able to attend quickly beats being the cheapest quote by a wide margin.

02

Insurance

Liability cover appropriate to your trade. Level to be confirmed.

03

WSIB

Coverage or a valid clearance certificate where your trade requires one. To be confirmed.

04

References

Two, ideally in residential condominiums. Working in occupied buildings with concierges, service lifts and booking rules is its own skill and it is not the same as working on houses.

How it works

What working with us actually looks like.

1

Work comes from us

You deal with Guest Point rather than with owners or guests. One point of contact, one set of instructions, and nobody renegotiating the job on the doorstep.

No client management
2

Repeat work, same buildings

Turnovers recur on a calendar rather than arriving at random. Once you know a building’s loading bay and lift booking, every job in it gets faster.

Predictable
3

Invoiced and paid

Payment terms to be confirmed. We are the payer rather than the owner, so you are not chasing individuals for small amounts.

One payer

Get in touch

Tell us what you do and where you work.

Short on purpose. We are collecting a contact, not onboarding you, and nothing here commits either of us to anything.

Optional. A CV, a capability statement, or a certificate of insurance. PDF, Word or images, up to a size limit to be set. If you would rather just tell us in the box above, do that instead.

Goes to Guest Point and nowhere else. We do not ask for rates or insurance certificates through this form.
